BEFORE YOU COOK

A few things worth knowing.

Is this the same as the cooking tallow jar?

Both are cooking formats for tallow. This product comes in a pressurized spray can for applying to cookware; the jar is scooped. Follow the separate directions for each product.

Can I spray it onto a hot pan or grill?

No. The packaging warns not to spray or store near heat or open flame. Apply to cool cookware away from heat, put the can safely aside, then cook. Never spray directly into an oven.

How should I store it?

Store at room temperature. Do not refrigerate. Keep away from heat, open flame and children. Do not store above 120°F. Do not puncture or incinerate the can.

What if it doesn’t spray in cooler temperatures?

Natural fats may solidify when cool. The current packaging instructs holding the nozzle under warm running water for 60 seconds if the product does not spray. Do not heat the can or put it near a stove or open flame. Follow the can’s directions.

How many cans come in a pack?

Single can: 1 can. The 2-pack: 2 individual cans. The 4-pack: 4 individual cans. Each can contains 7 fl oz (207 mL).

Which pack should I choose?

Choose one can to try it, a 2-pack to keep a backup, or a 4-pack to stock your pantry. Each pack is priced at $19.99 per can.

Where can I find ingredients and nutrition information?

Read the label on your can for the full ingredient declaration, Nutrition Facts and directions. Questions before ordering? Email our team.
