Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

WRATH & REMEDY® currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or circumstances outside our control.

WRATH & REMEDY® reserves the right to modify shipping rates or promotions at any time without notice.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Restrictions

We ship to residential, commercial, P.O. Box, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses within the United States.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, click here

We may initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Carrier investigations may take several business days or, in some cases, several weeks to complete.

Resolution decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the carrier’s investigation outcome.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, WRATH & REMEDY® is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Overview

At WRATH & REMEDY®, we take pride in the quality and integrity of our products. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and personal care items, we maintain strict return standards to ensure product safety for all customers.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • All safety seals (if applicable) are intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • The product has not been opened, tested, swatched, applied, or tampered with in any way

Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance due to hygiene and contamination concerns.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Moisturizers

  • Balms

  • Serums

  • Cleansers

  • Oils

  • Tallow-based products

  • Any skincare or body care item

Items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.

WRATH & REMEDY® reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy.


Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

Unless the return is due to a verified WRATH & REMEDY® defect or shipping error:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of packaging

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

If verified, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Products with broken safety seals

  • Final Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to improper storage (e.g., extreme heat, freezing)


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If eligible, returns may be refunded (less restocking fee), and a new order may be placed separately.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.


Limited Product Warranty

WRATH & REMEDY® warrants products against manufacturer defects only.

We do not guarantee individual skin compatibility or results. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase.

We strongly recommend patch testing before full use.


Chargebacks & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny returns or restrict accounts in cases of suspected abuse, excessive return activity, or fraudulent chargebacks.
