What can I use beef tallow for?

Neither product will overwhelm your food—they enhance it.

What’s the difference between Wagyu and Grass-Fed Tallow?

Our Grass-Fed Tallow is sourced from 100% grass-fed cattle and has a cleaner, more neutral flavor. It’s ideal for everyday cooking—eggs, vegetables, baking, and general high-heat use—without imparting much taste.

Our Wagyu Tallow comes from richly marbled American Wagyu cattle. It has a deeper, more luxurious flavor profile and a silkier texture. It’s perfect for finishing steaks, roasting vegetables, or adding a gourmet touch to simple dishes.

Both are slow-rendered in small batches to preserve purity, flavor, and nutrients—but the source animals and fat composition differ, making each unique in taste and application

Where is this product made?

Our tallow is crafted in the heart of the Midwest at an FDA-registered, USDA-inspected facility in Indiana. We follow strict safety and quality standards to ensure every jar is clean, pure, and safe for consumption.

Do I need to refrigerate it?

No. Beef tallow is shelf-stable. It does not require refrigeration before opening. We recommend storing it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, you may refrigerate if preferred, but it’s not necessary.
